No problem. Chris is great he has done both our infant and our convertible (rear and then forward facing). He has also done my DH's car and my parents car as well.

Just be aware he will tell you NOT to use the bundle me b.c it isn't safe. BTW if you have any questions about what you can or can't use or anything about the seats he is great with answering questions and is very nice.

This is very true from what I have heard - so far we have been lucky though and I always get him on the phone.

Chris is great but if he doesn't call you back asap then there is a place on Rt 109 where you can go in that day! I have gone to them the last couple of times since Chris is really booked up!

No you don't have to do it - but it is highly recommended. I believe something like 90% of car seats are incorrectly installed. It only takes like 3 mins (if you already have it in) or like 5-15 mins if you don't to get it put in. I figure I can do it but why not check it checked to makes sure my DD's seat is safe.
