Infant carseat installation
Do you plan on doing it yourself or taking it to one of the inspection places and having them do it?

we always have it done by the inspector! If you have one close by you should also - it's free, easy, and the safest thing you can do!

We always get ours installed, esp after the hospital (and I have read) told us that about 90% of car seats are not properly installed.

My Dh installed it and then I took it to Good Sam to get checked. I'm glad I did, because we had it in wrong. My car has the latch system, but you can't use the latch for the middle. You have to use the seat belt. We had the base in the middle with the latch system. We where able to put it in, but the lady said it wasn't safe.

My DH installed it & then we brought it to Hassell auto body of 109 to have it inspected. He said it was done correctly, although he made it tighter.

I go to Chris in Mineola (well it is tech the border of Garden City - over by sears near the courthouses) a lot of the mom's on here use him - they call him safety Chris. He even give car seat lectures. He is great and can answer any questions you have while you are there.
