might be a silly question...
how do you know if your legs are swollen? i was changing into my comfy clothes after work and i noticed that my legs look huge! im really hoping they're not fat and rather just swollen. but they dont feel uncomfortable. not a pretty sight though lol

I think that if you think they are swollen they are. Do you usually wear socks? Is your circulation cut off?

yeah i had socks and boots on today. that might be the culprit.

If you squeeze (a good, firm squeeze!) your swollen area for a minute and let go - is there an indent? If so it's swelling (edema), if it bounces right back it's prob fat! At least that's the way it works for everyone else. I'm an RN and deal with adults, but not PG women!
