Midwives
Just wondering how many of you are planning to use a midwife for your pregnancy. I don't know too much about them and only know 1 person who used them (StonyBrook Midwives), but it seems like they're much more personal than a regular OB/GYN office. Do any of you have experience/stories you can share?

I have always used a midwife for all my gyn stuff, even before ttc. I just like her. She works under a high risk obgyn in Lynbrook so I feel like I'm covering my bases.

I love the idea of a midwife with the security of a hospital. If you are interested, there are a few documentaries you could watch on netflix.
