Middle name HELP please!
I give up! Nothing goes with the first name we chose. We are really cutting it close at this point so I need help. I really wanted to use a family name or something with meaning as a middle name since the first name was out of no where and is uncommon, but nothing goes! So, now I just want something that sounds nice.
The first name is Myla
Some of the names with meaning that I don't think go well are: Mary (my, my mom's and my grandmother's middle name), Marie, Anne, Adelle.
Our last name is italian and starts with P

I would try to stay away from A's and M's and names that end in A, but I think anything else will work.

We used my DH's first name as DS's middle name. That could be an option for you, to use either of your names as a middle name.

What about your mom / grandmother 's first names?
Is there some combination there that works?
What about Maiden names, any that could work? DD's middle name is my maiden name (but it is a spelling variation on a "normal" girl's name, so it worked)

I think you could do Mary. My MIL's middle name is Mary and her first name starts with M.
I also like Myla Paige or Myla Renee.

Before even reading anyone's suggestions, Myla Grace popped into my head. So that's my favorite.
I think you need to stay away from names that start or end in "a", and have a really contrasting sound to "Myla" - something old and traditional would sound pretty next to such a funky name:
Myla Elizabeth
Myla Marie (flows better than "Mary" but still kinda honors the Marys in your family)
Myla Josephine
Myla Christine
