Merry Christmas!!!!! Second Update!!!!
I didn't want to post until I got my Beta in case it was still HCG in my system, BUT I am 12 dpo and PREGNANT!!!!!! My BETA was 56.4, I go back Wednesday to get it checked again.
I am praying like crazy this bean sticks! I can't believe this is real. I am in total shock!
I have been doing alternative medicine the last two months and I really feel like it made a difference.
Got my second Beta today at 14 DPO it is at 190, so it more then doubled! woo hoo!
Update 2: Beta is 574! Yay!

I am actually 9dp3dt which is 12dpo and I got my BFP this am. I go for my beta on Wednesday as well. We may be due the same day!!!

Do you mind if I ask what type of medication you were on this cycle (Clomid/Follitism etc)? Just curious to see which medication seems to work better, as I'm at a crossroad with my cycle right now. Thanks and congrats again!

I was going for an IVF cycle last month, but I have an extremely low AMH of .08, so it was canceled and converted to an IUI. But I started with Estrace, then it was ( I can't remember the dosage, but it was two of the bottles. If you want exact dosage let me know) Menopur and 325 of Follistim. I was suppose to take something before the retrieval, but since it was canceled I never got that far.
I also took supplements, did acupuncture, and some other chinese medicinal things. I also did special fertility yoga.

What worked for one person will be the wrong protocol for someone else, you really need to ask your doctor what's best for your specific case.

I am really into yoga, so my feeling is that all yoga enhances fertility but there are certain positions that promote it even more. So I go to yoga class 2 days a week and did fertility yoga 4 days a week. I got the DVD off of Amazon, it was really easy, so even if you are new to yoga you will be able to do it.
The name of the DVD is; Restoring Fertility by Drs. Brandon Horn, PhD, LAc (FABORM) and Wendy Yu PhD(c), LAc (FABORM)
