Medication Question?
This is our first month TTCing. Are you supposed to contact your OBGYN regarding any prescription medication that you taking?

actually, you should be speaking to your primary doctor about what you are on, and if it is safe to take if you end up preggers. if you want to fm me what you are on, i can try to help you out :O)

You should speak with your obgyn or pcp. Some meds are ok to take and others arent

I was on muscle relaxers and anti inflammatory for my back and my primary care doctor said I could just stop taking them if I became pregnant,so just check with your regular doctor

you should definately speak to your PCP or your OBGYN. I have been on blood pressure meds for years and when i started seeing my RE he told me that one of the meds i was on was unsafe for pregnancy so he had me switch meds and stabilize onthem before i could begin to procced with their help. Meanwhile, i had spoken with both my OBGYN and my PCP and both told me that the medicine I was one was ok.
