meatball question
I am going to make meatballs. I don't want to bake them in the oven, I was to just put them into the crockpot and have them cook in there. What should I put them on?
I was going to turn them on at 7, and was planning to eat around 5-530. I am home at 3 and there is someone home at 12:30, if that helps. Thanks!

Re: meatball question
I would do the high setting to start, then check mid-day and either lower it or keep it on warm.

Re: meatball question
We have done them in the crock pot before, it's good if you just sear all the sides in a pan first, then put them in the sauce in the crock pot for the rest of the cooking. I think I did 3-4 hours on high and then warm for about 3 hours and they were great.
