maybe silly question but...
my sister just told me we shouldn't eat parmesan cheese...does anyone know if thats true? I know certin soft cheeses and unpasterurized cheeses but i need my parmesan cheese....lol

pretty sure parmesan is fine unless it makes you nauseous only unpasteurized cheeses are a no no....

and MOST cheeses are pasturized. I have yet to be at place that did not have pasturized cheese. Just ask when at a resturant.

Have you seen a block a parm?? It's hard! Plus, IMO- how much does a person *really* use of parm..
