May I remind everyone
I am but 1 person, I can only be in 1 place at a time. 
I try not to look at decisions or changes I make as mistakes, I try to view them as learning experiences... But changing jobs was the WORST. I would have been better off staying put.

In my 3+ years as an office manage prior to joining this practice I never fired as many people as I have had to for the STUPIDEST reasons as I have since I joined here. The environment they feed off of is one in which they love for everyone to constantly think they are the next one to be fired. There are NO compliments ever, no matter WHAT you do to get things started, make things better, or bring in LOTS of new money (talking at least $1M+ per year ADDITIONAL). It's exhausting! I have never been in a position where my job performance was constantly being put down, I'm by no means perfect, but I work my tush off for my employers, I expect a little respect in return.
Just needed to vent. This is why I've been sooo MIA lately. I can't complain to DH, I just feel so bad. I was so excited for this new job, closer to home, was a new challenge. Had no idea this place was so toxic.

So sorry. Sounds like my last job. I am working a temporary job and feel like they appreciate me more in the first week there than they did in all the years I was at the other job.
