May have been asked before...

If you at lets say 1A.M. and you are still awake and have not slept yet do you count it as BD'ing for today or yesterday.

I have been counting it as the day before but I am curious to know if I am doing this wrong and what everyone else does.

I think thats a good question because this happens a lot for us especially on the weekends

*I* personally count it for the next day if its after 12am. I track it precisely to the time and date.
