May be signing contracts this week..what should I look for?
ok...ladies...we are on the brink of signing contracts......is there anything we should look out for? We have a lawyer and everything....just want to know in your experience if anything specific we should look for.
It's a foreclosure.

Congratulations! Did you wind up going with a house or townhome? Our lawyer did all the work with the contracts, and set up the appointments to check it out, etc.

Your lawyer will go over everything with you. Ours sat us down and explained the contract and made any changes that he felt necessary. Then we signed.

Just be sure during the final walkthrough that everything in the contract for the sellers to do was done... then just sign away LOL. Your lawyer should tell you what each thing you're signing is!
