Maternity Swim wear

Did you ladies buy them yet? are you buying them if you are due mid summer?

I am due in July and I know I wont be swimming after baby arrives as I wont have a newborn out in the sun - just wondering if I need one for June?

If you have one where did you buy it and do you like it?

sorry - just had to giggle. i try to NEVER be seen in public in a bathing suit, unless we're on vacation and i'll NEVER see those people again. the thought of a maternity swimsuit -

I'm due at the end of August and I am a major beach person. I think I might just go buy one and see how I feel in it. Just in case I want to venture out with my belly!

I actually bought one and wore it this past week. I'll definitely be wearing one throughout the summer, and even though it was big on me, I wore one when I was on vacation last week. My bikinis look horrible on me-- I'm not one for bearing a belly, and having one has taken some getting used to-- the maternity suit helped me feel more comfortable on the beach

I just wore my regular tie bikinis...people looked at me oddly...but who cares???!!! I was a sexy baby momma to be!!!

I received 2 as hand-me-downs but i doubt i'll wear them. I work all summer, we have no planned vacations, and we don't know anyone with a pool (that i would go in).

I am due toward the end of August, I am not going to buy till June but feel like I am going to grow out of them. I have to buy one or 2 Joe's mom has a cabana and we are always there in the summer, plus I live in Long Beach there is no way to avoid the beach for me this summer as much as I would like to!

At almost 16 weeks I am still in my regular bathing suit from last summer. I love to swim. I take DS to a weekly swim class and want to sign myself up for a maternity swim class. We have a vacation planned for florida and we will swim all summer. I plan on getting a maternity suit once my regular suit does not fit. Do not be ashamed of your body! Enjoy the water when it is hot outside and as a PG woman you will be even hotter because of the rise in body temp.

I am due the end of August but I am a bigtime pool/beach person. IL's have a pool, so I will be getting 2 suits to get me through

We have an inground pool, I told DH that I feel bad for our neighbors, cause they are going to see me out there in my bikini prego glory

But once the time comes and I'm 7-8 months prego I might not be so brave....

I'm due the end of August, so I will definitely get a new swim suit.

My parents have a pool that I plan on living in on the weekends, so I'll need more than one.

I'll prob wear my tie bikinis and maybe get one maternity to cover my belly to avoid over-exposure to the sun.

I will be wearing my tie bikinis. Victoria's had some cute bikinis on sale recently, so I bought a few new ones in a size up. I also have a hand me down maternity tankini for when I am not feeling so brazen... like in August when I am about ready to pop
