Massage
Today is CD4 and I have been so stressed out this cycle so far due to work. I feel nervous all the time. I think I would like to have a massage to help reduce stress. When do you think I should get the massage?? This week or closer to O? I would like it to help improve my chance this month.

I don't know anything about massages helping people to conceive but I do know that stress makes it harder. So with that being said if I were you I'd go for that massage now to relieve some of that stress. JMO!

i actually went to the spa last weekend and did a whole spa package and day with the girls. it was a GREAT stress relief. i am being super positive this month!! so it def. cant hurt.

I had a massage 3 days before I conceived my first DC. I am pretty sure it helped!!

Nice, thanks ladies!!!! I think maybe I will go sometime next week. I haven't had a massage in so long so I really excited about this. I did yoga last night and it helped me relax a lot too. I can't wait to do it again tongiht. I am still stressed today but it helped a little.

There is a specific massage called "fertility massage". I would look into that. They focus mainly on your stomach to get blood circulating down there. They also massage pressure points which will help blood circulation to the uterus. It doesnt matter when you go for your massage, just as long as it is before you O. I would do it a few days to a week before O.
Here is one fertility spa in NYC. www.fertilityspa.org It is $120 for initial consultation and $120 for each hour. I am not sure if you get a massage in the initial consultation, though. But if you're really interested, I'm sure you can find other fertility spas around here. GL!

Make sure you are NOT PG before you get a belly massage. That's completely contraindicated in the 1st trimester.
