Mark Lewis......It was worth the wait!!
Got the letter yesterday and I am saving $1615 a year in taxes

Good to know. I live in Nassau but my parents use Mark Lewis. He directed me to someone in Nassau but at the time there was no way I would get a deduction. Now that Nassau reassessed everyone and my house value according to them has dropped $150k+ I better not be paying the same taxes I am now

I got a reduction of $1350 two years ago on my primary residence, we are using him again this year & believe we will win. And I'm using him on one of my investment properties. Totally worth the money IMO.

Bari that is great to hear. I hope we hear from them soon too. Now I'm excited. I think we put our paperwork in around the same time. Maybe I will have a letter in the mail too.
