Sorry guys - we were there for almost 2 hours and then we went to get something to eat.
The baby grew a little over a pound in the last week 
So the doctor is very happy about that, I will be going for another growth sonogram next week to be sure the baby is still growing.
They had me on the fetal monitor and the little one did NOT stop moving the entire time - it was crazy.
As for dilation - I am 1cm.
