Marco Island
I'm trying to convince DH to go to Marco Island for spring break. I see a lot of people mentioning it on here saying it's beautiful, but no actual recommendations or things to do/see. If we go, we will stay at our timeshare, so I don't need hotel recommendations, but how about restaurants or activities? We will have our kids, 5 and 8 with us.

I was just there in November. There isn't much to do aside from the beach/pool. MI is mostly hotels/resorts/homes.
Naples isn't far and has a nice small zoo. Can catch a boat to go see dolphins/manatees. There is a nice area in Naples with lots of shops/restaurants
You can take a boat ride in the Everglades to see wildlife/alligators.
