towel dry, blow dry (NOT style- just blow to dry...mostly upside down).... THEN makeup...then flat iron.
This is my routine as well!!

I don't wear make-up all that often. When I do, I put it on first. I usually get ready after a shower and my hair is still wrapped in a towel on my head, like a Genie.

hair and then makeup...unless I have time and in that case I let my hair air dry, do my makeup and then blow it out nice & straight

Blow drying, esp. in the summer, because sometimes it gets so hot I sweat a little and that's no good for my makeup!
