Macy's exchange

I saw a pair of shoes in Macys that I fell in love with, but they didn't have my size. I saw them on Macys website and they had a size that might possibly fit (I sometimes wear an 8 1/2, but sometimes need a 9 - which wasn't available), but they wound up being too small. When I saw them in the store, they were marked down from $175 to $99! When I ordered them online, I used a coupon and so they came down to $79! Now, I just looked on the Macys website again, and they have a 9, but the price is back up to $175 . They are not available in any local store. Is there some way I can exchange the ones I have (8 1/2) for the size 9's, without having to pay the difference in price? If I go to the store, can they exchange them for me and have the ones online shipped to me or to the store?

I would call Customer Service and ask, you should just be able to do an exchange which they can set up for you over the phone.

Yep I agree call customer service. You might have to go into the store to return and have them order the right size.
