Lyft question

I scheduled a Lyft to take my cousin to Newark airport today for 1:00pm. It says "be ready at 1:00pm" but I still haven't received any driver info. Is that the norm? When would that usually pop up? I can't find the answer anywhere and I'm not sure if it's normal for info. not to come up until closer to the scheduled time.

Lyft question

I don't know the answer, but I"m sure you got it already!

BUT, I hate lyft. I had never used it before and tried it in NYC last weekend. The first driver could NOT find me standing outside of our hotel. He was somewhere else. Then he said okay, going to Brooklyn once I got in. Um no!!!

The next driver the next day drove right past us, didn't bother stopping, then I get a notification that he cancelled! As we were trying to rush to the train. So I book another ride, the time to arrive kept changing to longer and longer. I cancelled because a taxi was right in front of me. Then I get charged $10. Never again!

I think it depends on the city you are in to be honest. I have been places were Lyft is a much better option than Uber. Here Uber is the better choice.

I agree. I had a great experience with Lyft trying to get from NYC to LI when LIRR wasn’t operating. Uber was asking a crazy amount to do same drive. Also for work I sometimes have to go to Wards Island and can never get an Uber. Only Lyft.
