luteal phase??
I got a +opk on cd 29 and 30. Not sure when I actually ovulated...possible cd31? Well today is cd 41 and I am starting to spot so I am assuming AF is on its way Does this make my luteal phase abnormal? Should I see my doctor?

Doctors don't consider af to have started until you have "full flow." Spotting doesn't count as af.
So if today is CD 41 and you O'ed on CD 30 (which sounds likely), and you get full flow af tomorrow, that would be a 12 day luteal phase. That's normal.

sounds normal and esp if u r not 100 percent sure when u ovulated but it was at least 10 days ago..and count till u have full flow

I dont think they consider it an actual defect unless it's under 10 days. And as long as your not spotting before 10 days, you should be good too. I have heard that spotting before 10 days could be a sign of a luteal phase defect.
