How can I determine my Luteal phase if I do not chart temp?

You could go by your CM if you check that. I usually count the last day of EWCM as my O date. So if I have a lot of EWCM on Sat, and not so much Sunday I count Sunday as my O date. Monday would then be 1 dpo, and so one until AF. It is not the most accurate way but it worked for me.

I don't temp but I have been using "mymonthlycycles.com" for quite some time now and by recording your period it helps to let you know when you "may" be ovulating and what your luteal phase "may" be based on your history.

Now that I am using OPK's I record on the fertility calendar and use that to help determine my luteal phase (the days between O and AF. I've always been pretty regular though and I have always gotten very obvious EWCM during O and I get cramping around O as well, so it's pretty easy for me to have a good idea of my cycle.

It's worth checking out if you don't want to be bothered with the temping. Other people use Fertiility Friend but I never have, but I hear it's very helpful as well.
