I understand it begins at the time of ovulation and ends the day before your next period.

I am trying to figure out what mine is, I know that most woman has a LP of 14 days however I don't recall when I O last month so I am trying to figure it out now without having to wait until my next period, if that's even possible.

I have a stupid question, not even sure this is possible but I'm going to ask anyway...

Can I count from the first day of my last period until the time I "O" this month? Would that give me an idea or is that not the proper way to go about it?

I just learned about LP so please excuse my ignorance.
