lower back pain at 11 weeks?
im 11 weeks today and started having some lower back pain and abdomen pain like af is coming. Is this normal?

Well it's definitely not abnornal. I think I had a lot of achy-ness around that time too because of all the growing and stretching my uterus was doing.
I wouldn't stress too much if there is no blood along with the cramping, but with your history I would still want to call the doctor just in case they want to see you.

I'm 10 1/2 weeks and have also had that for the past 2 days. It's hard to explain, but sometimes my lower stomach stops feeling crampy & just feels heavy instead. I had this with my 1st pg too, so I'm pretty sure it's normal

I get this too!! The heaviness comes and goes but its been pretty consistent.
