lower back pain at 18 weeks
I have been having the worst pain in the lower right side of my back. I am only 18 weeks smh and i haven't gain any weight really. has anyone had this? Is there anything i can do to help?

I've had lower back pain on and off, but I hurt my back before getting pregnant so I think it's been more related to that. You can take tylenol and use a heating pad. I think it's also safe to see a chiro, but I've never been and didn't want to start now.
If it's like a tightness/stiffness in your lower back try not to rest too much b/c it'll just make your back tighten up more. If you can, do a little bit of walking to help loosen it up.

How long have you had the pain? I had the same thing, thought it was regular back pain, but it turned out to be a UTI - I had NO other symptoms. It's easy for you OB to check

Same thing happened to me when I was around 16/17 weeks... turned out to be a UTI. Call your doctors, if you have a UTI the doc wil llikely prescribe antibiotics.

I have had the pain since Saturday.
