lower back pain
I'm 30 Weeks and just started to have lower back pain when I sleep or sit for a while and get up. Does anyone else have this?

It is likely sciatica-- I had it bad for @ 3 weeks (27.28.29 w preg) but it has subsided.
My doctor said it mainly has to do w/ how the baby is laying.
But some things that helped were a prenatal massages, streches (found on you tube), sleeping with a body pillow and my feet slightly elevated on two pillows.
