Lower Back PAIN

I am 13 1/2 weeks and my lower back is killing me!!! It hurts to straighten myself out and hurts when I am sitting or laying down. Anyone experience this or have any tips to make it feel better?? Its making me MISERABLE!!!

I've had it on and off this whole pregnancy. Part of it is sciatica, part of it is over extending myself (I'm SAHM to 2.5 year old), and I think part of it is the way the babies are are positioned.

Haven't really found anything to help other than just walking it out when its really bad.

I have a 2.5 year old too and I can't believe I completely overlooked how much I lift him throughout the day!! Duhhhh

Ive had lower back pain the whole time too... i dont think that there is much you can do for it Sometimes stretching helps a little

I have been experiencing this lower back pain as well and stretching as well as seeing a chiro and getting a massage focusing on the lower back has helped tremendously. I highly recommend the place I go to they are wonderful!!

i had that a few times earlier in my pregnancy. this past weekend it was upper back. i have yet to find anything to ease it
