Re: Low testosterone
** also, does it affect TTC? Do couples usually see a RE for this?

Low testosterone
Was you DH diagnosed with it or is this just an assumption? If you have been TTC for a year you may want to see an RE so to run tests to see what the issue is.

Re: Low testosterone
Are you assuming or do you know your DH has low T? If he does, then he should see a urologist who specializes in male infertility. He'll have an SA run, as well as a full workup.

Re: Low testosterone
Thanks ladies, sorry I was out all day. DH was never diagnosed but he has all of the symptoms and I've been trying to drag him to a dr to get some answers. Does a RE diagnose this or would his normal Dr? Just assuming (which I know I should not do) and hoping its not why we are having such a hard time TTC. I am scheduling with a RE in jan if this cycle does not work out. :/

I never would have thought a urologist tests for this! Thought a primary dr but it makes sense. Thanks, ill have to look into it.

Agree. In the mean time schedule a consult with an RE.

Low testosterone
For your DH, I would suggest going to a urologist. They can provide him with the necessary medication to raise his testosterone. My DH is currently on medication and it has had a positive effect.
