Low Carb Snacks
Any ideas for low carb snacks. I am kinda getting sick of the string cheese and the egg whites

Cold cut roll-ups
cheese crisps: lay shredded cheese of your choice on parchment paper and microwave until golden. It tastes just like
cheez it crackers.
Pepperoni crisps: Take turkey pepperoni and lay on paper towel. Microwave until crisp, but not burnt.
Nuts (in small quantities- maybe about 1/4 cup a day . . .)

wow I will have to try that turkey pepperoni idea!!! when I do my strict modified south beach I used to either do a small apple or a small banana with 1tbsp of peanut butter as a snack and it was very satisfing for a sweets craving...also those soy crisps are really good....HTH good luck!!!

i eat pork rinds......only hot ones..........i cant stomach the plain ....but they have 0 carbs
