I just an email that they shipped them and should be here by Jan 4th. That has to be wrong. It can't take 4 weeks

if it's shipped today it shouldn't take 4 weeks even if they are backed up. It's not coming from outer space lol.I emailed them to see what is going on. When I ordered it said it would be delivered between dec 16-21st

Keep an eye out, it should be with you by: 4th January

Read it too fast. They're shipping super duper economy. Like somebody is walking it to you.

Send them a message on fb. They are very fast at responding. They have phenomenal customer service. If you ordered before the 9th there is no way it not be here by Christmas. Mine are still being created and it says guaranteed delivered by Dec 17th.

Yes ordered on the 7th. The confirmation email says it's should arrive by the 16th-21st. So weird. Thank you I will try fb tomorrow if I do t get an email response

Thanks for getting in touch, and we're so sorry for scaring you with our delivery estimates! Our US print house has been so overloaded with the Christmas rush that we had to move a number of US orders over to our UK print house to get them printed on time. The delivery date you saw in the email reflects the standard estimate for shipping our books from the UK to the US, but we're upgrading all orders affected by this particular issue to express shipping - your books are still expected to arrive within the original delivery estimate given at checkout :)

Glad that was resolved and I'll know what to expect if I get the same response as I have 6 boOKs coming my way.
I don't know if you have seen them in person but they are adorable. I was reading through the one I ordered last month for my dd and they are really creative.

I haven't but online they were adorable so I can imagine. A little expensive but personalized. My niece has a very unique name so it will be cute b/c unless ordered you can't get it anywhere. I have 4 coming. Should have ordered for others. I'll keep it I. Mind for upcoming bdays

Make sure you keep the coupons that come in the package they give you two 15% off ones. They are a little expensive especially being that they arent hard covered but I think they make a great gift. Hoping everyone I bought for thinks so too. I have a bunch of first bdays coming up in the new year so I'll be ordering more.

LOVE these books. AJ got the first one (name) last year for her birthday.
This year for xmas she's getting the intergalactic journey home.
I dislike their choice of photo for my state (Texas - We have canyons with greens but I can't name them!) but otherwise its a neat book!
