Really up until the VERY end I honestly couldn't stand this episode... but between the last conversation that Locke and "Henry" had and the ending with Libby being a mental patient, it somewhat redeemed itself 
Of course I alwyas see the coming attractions and cannot WAIT for the following week

I think punching in the code and pressing the button is a sham - I bet Henry was telling the truth, and if you see the scenes for next week, the timer is up to 240...so they must of tested it out

I don't what causes it, but I don't think that the hallucinations have to do with the food... primarily because didn't the french lady say that her crew 'went crazy', too? I don't think they found the hatch before she killed them.

We all know I Sawyer too but I was laughing my azz off at that as well .. and yes seeing Jin and sweet Sun cracking up was sooo worth it

the first shot is a screen shot, so obviously angles and such are different, but the night/day, the celery being different, the man in the background ... all link to maybe the doctor was playing tricks on Hurley ...

Wow that's pretty cool about the picture...interesting. I find it odd though if that Libby was that psychotic and off her meds for this long on the island, that she would have definitely regressed to a similar state. I guess we don't know her whole story though. 
I think "Henry" said something really key though when he was talking about a hearing something that sounded like a magnet. Did anyone ever read this theory before:

It's pretty in depth and complicated but is one of the better theories I've read on the show.
I thought it was actually really funny when Hurley and Dave were having their conversation on the island. Dave was really joking on the plot line of the show. A nice dash of self-inflicted sarcasm from the writers.
