Loss of bladder control.

I cannot stand that every move I make, results in a random accident - and at this point it's not little sprinkles - it's full fledged accidents. My husband just tried to make me laugh as we were walking into my apartment and I didn't think I had to go that bad, and yeah.

I feel so embarassed. Chat Icon Chat Icon Chat Icon Chat Icon

That has happened to me a lot! I started wearing a panty liner at one point!

I know... stinks. Have you been doing Kegels? I'm definitely not good with them like I should have been all along, but I started doing them a bit more when I had those "accidents".Chat Icon So embarrassing.

I even stored an extra pair of underwear in my glove compartment just in case!!! Chat Icon Chat Icon Chat Icon Chat Icon

My "situations" were worse, for some reason in my late 20 week timeframe... Now that I'm 37, I haven't had too bad of an incident with that.

Aww, I'm sorry. That must be really hard, especially when you're out. Chat Icon

I can't overemphasize enough how important Kegels are. Do them all the time! I really think they help.
