Looking for legal advice regarding a daycare incident

Are there any lawyers on here that can give me some direction on a situation that happened at the daycare center my children were attending?

Personally, I do not - I wish I had a rec for you!! But, I just wanted to post to say how sorry I am that something obviously pretty serious happened at your daycare center. I don't know what went on and I understand you not wanting to post it but I wanted to say that I hope you are able to get reliable and quality assistance with this. I'm very sorry!

I would think if it involves negligence, you'd look for a personal injury attorney. If it is criminal, you'd probably have to contact the district attorney.

In either scenario, you may not want to post anything about it until you get some kind of resolution.

You're welcome, of course. And keep in mind, and the attorney you end up contacting can best direct you, but keep in mind that in certain cases you have every right to contact the police -- who will then investigate and alert the proper State authorities. Look at the situation out East in Southampton where children were being forcefully fed and slammed down to the ground... And two employees were taken into custody and charged. Thank God that came to light. Best of luck.
