What are the circumstances? Are you replacing her bc of an issue or do you just not have a need anymore?
I think how i handle will be dictated by the situation.

I did but she wasn't with us long and was clearly not supervising my kids well so it wasn't hard! Good luck!

A good friend told their nanny (who was good) that they needed someone who can drive.

Another told nanny that they needed someone on days that they knew that she couldn't make it.

It's a hard break-up. Esp if the person is decent.

I don't know the circumstance but if its because you're not happy with her, I would say something along the lines of "I just don't think its a good fit and its not working out" Good luck.

Thanks. The gist is she's amazing and we love her, but after being let go from my company in Nov, have finally decided to stay home. I just have questions about comp and stuff. Don't want to post all those specifics publicly, so if anyone has experience with this or a similar situation, pls FM me.
