Looking for 3br house/apt
I am looking for a 3 br house/apt, anybody know of any for rent, I prefer to stay in Nassau county. FM with any info, thanks!

Not sure of your budget, but I have a whole house rental in N. Merrick (N. Bellmore schools)... it may be too big. It's 4 beds, 2 baths.
But we also have an exclusive listing in our office for a 3 bedroom , 1.5 bath apartment in N. Bellmore. It's the first floor of a legal 2 family home, and it includes use of the yard. Unit also includes a stackable washer/dryer and the kitchen has a dishwasher. It's $1850, plus heat and electric.
We also have a mint condition 3 bedroom apartment (with centrail air!) available in N. Bellmore - it's $2200 but includes all. It's a second floor unit in a house on a quiet, dead end street.
