Long LP or error with O date?
I was using Clearblue Easy Digital OPKs. I tested each morning and got a + on CD 17, so I assumed that CD 18 or 19 was my O date (used OPK again on CD 18, and it was negative).
AF just showed up yesterday, which was the 41st day, or 22-23 dpo.
Do you think that there was an error with my ovulation date since I used FMU? The box instructions said "You can test any time of day, but it should be at about the same time each day (many women find it most convenient first thing in the morning)."
Or do you think that I just have a SUPER long luteal phase???
Or... is it possible that I O'd on CD 18, but stress caused my period to be late? ( I didn't feel stressed, but maybe just the anticipation of AF coming was subconsciously stressful? )
What do you think?
TIA

Your LP should be the same every month...its the O date that can fluctuate. I'm thinking you were wrong about the O date - good luck next month!

Re: Long LP or error with O date?
Sounds like an error with your O date. it is possible to get a + opk and not ovulate. It has happened to me before where I got a + opk, but no temp rise, and then a week later another + opk and then temp rise.
