Local Sweet Corn...
Although it is TINY it is SO good!!! I bought some tonight at a farmstand in Aquebogue and all 6 ears are gone SOOO tastey!

The Little Red Indian one... well I think thats what it was called until they made it into the HUGE cedar barn with those oh so pretty windows. Now its like Peconic Farms or something...

We love the local corn also and we found the best way to cook it was to wrap it in wax paper and put 4 ears in the microwave for 11min and it keeps all the flavor in it.
