How do you cook Sweet Potatoes for you little one?
Hi,
I know this is a really dumb question. Can anyone please tell me the proper way to make sweet potatoes for Ava?
Do you use the microwave or steam them?

i just wash them, pierce them with a fork, and put them in the microwave for like 7 min.

I wash them, then microwave for 5-8 minutes (depending on size). If the oven happens to be on for something else, then I put them in there for 15 minutes after microwaving for 5 min.
