Lobster & TTC
I know they say to stay away from fish but what about lobster. I don't eat it much but the in laws are having lobster dinner tonight??? I just want to make sure, i know it might sound stupid

i've never heard of staying away from fish while TTC'ing - so you should be fine (but i'm not a doctor)..
WHILE pregnant - yes, because of the mercury....but not all fish...

Go ahead and enjoy - my OB told me recently that it is very good to eat fish in moderation (12 ounes or less a week if possible of ones that are not on the high mercury list - and shellfish isn't on that list). I'm pregnant and enjoy an occasional lobster. The only thing I was told to avoid during TTCing was high mercury fish (tuna, swordfish, tilefish etc).
