Liquid vit d and iron for 6 & 8 year old
Their blood work came back that they have low vit d and iron. They both take multi vits. I guess there isn't enough of these in the vitamins. Can anyone recommend a good liquid form? Is there one that has both of them in one? Tia

Your doctor should have prescribed you a liquid iron. My niece takes one from the dr. Vitamin D, I give Animal Parade chewables.
