light headed
was watching tv relaxing when i just got extremely lightheaded. It was soo scary... what should i do?

How far along are you? I'm in my 1st trimester and I've been having dizziness off and on. I've heard it's normal but it's still very scary. Especially when I'm driving
Have you been eating and drinking enough? Maybe you can be dehydrated? I have a home blood pressure machine, and I noticed my blood pressure was low during one of my dizziness episodes. Maybe yours is low?
