Felt light headed
This morning I felt very light headed and felt like I was going to faint. I happen to be in my mom's office at her job dropping something off. It freaked her out. Once I sat down I felt fine and I ate a light snack. I read online that this ca be caused by the reduction of blood from my brain that is now being given to the baby. Anyone else have this?

I get this ALL THE TIME!
Most often if I have not eaten. I keep a granola bar in my purse all the time now- my doc said it may be low blood sugar.

Its common. Make sure you're hydrated and when getting up, get up slowly. I hope you feel better!!

YES!
I know, for me, hydration is not an issue. It's probably low blood sugar- not that it's a condition you have, but that every now and then, it will happen.
LOL that you went the granola bar route!
This also happens a lot when I'm shopping, walking around, etc. Usually if I grab a soda I'm good. The cold is refreshing too. Definitely try to snack even if you're not hungry- like on fruit or whatevs. And keep a snack in your purse at all times!

That happened to me yesterday when DH and I were going to the store. I hadnt really eaten much during the day and we were heading to the store. I went to get into the car, got really lightheaded. lost my balance and fell. DH got freaked out too and ran right over to me. I had some ginger ale and some potato chips and started to feel better.
Try and keep some snacks on you. I try to keep dry cereal or granola bars on me. Plus it also helps with my morning sickness.

yup I get this too...usually if I eat I feel better...so I always pack a bunch of snacks that I can eat throughout the day.

Yup, I have been getting this since day 1. For me it happens when I get into the shower right after I wake up. Now I have to have a glass of OJ beforehand and I am fine. Eating is important for us preggos!!

It could also be low blood pressure, thats what my doctor told me. Its really scary, usually eating something helps.
