DH called me from school and gave me a challenging reference question. He is taking a business law class and he needs to find the health code that governs salons and spas in NYC.

I tried the NYC Board of Health site and some other other government sites but I can't find it. Still I am still in library school and learning, I can't find it that easily.

Can anyone find it and if so where did you find it?

If no one knows, I will ask one of my colleagues on Monday.
