what exactly do they do at a level 2 and what do you see?

They look at EVERYTHING
They will measure all the bones and the head, check all the internal organs especially the heart to make sure it has all 4 chambers. You will get to see your baby for a good amount of time. If they can't get all the measurements you will have to go back another day. Plus they can most likely tell you the sex that day if you are finding out

The lab tech does it but the Dr is the one to go over everything

uggghhh...the lab tech??? She was a PITA. she couldnt flip the baby at 12 weeks so she began to bang on my belly with the ultrasound speaker. she was very strange. My appt is july 10th

The technicians always do this to me too - moving my little babies around to try to get them to turn. I at least like to see that they are ok after they do this. I question how hard they are on them though! My appt is the 6th!
