Don't you love when you know you are being the biggest beyotch yet the words keep flying out of your mouth and you can't make them stop.
I don't know who this person I am today is. My poor husband and kids.

As SOON as I realize I'm PMSing, I just shout "PMS," and my DH runs the other way with a frightened look on his face. It seems to save both of our sanity a little when I at least admit that I'm being a hideous person. I feel your pain.
