Let's Post Our Upcoming Vacations
I thought it would be fun to post our upcoming vacations since many are looking for budget friendly vacations in this economy.
We're going to Excellence Playa Mujeras in Mexico in September for our 2 year anniversary. My TA (Travel Tom - highly recommend him!) got us an amazing 2-story roof-top terrace room with private pool well within our budget. I highly recommend Mexico, as the prices have been fairly low.
Where is everyone else going?

Heading to Vegas in August -- heading to the Venetian - and we got amazing rates for the flight from Virgin America.
November we are heading to London for a week, taking a day trip to Bath and then Paris, France.

I will be going to Europe stopping in Germany first then London, Amsterdam and possible Italy for 10 days at the end of August for my 1st anniversary.
The only thing economical about this trip is that my husband is already over in Germany on business so his flight and hotel while in Germany are free for us.

VERY nice!!
we didnt plan any big trip this year..I think we are going to go down to DC for a few days in October.
I do want to go on a cruise next spring...I would like to do a 10 day one through the Panama Canal
Has anyone done a Panama Canal cruise?

We're spending a week at the Jersey Shore (LBI) in August - I can't wait! We didn't get to go last year because we had numerous weddings in August.

We are going to London in the fall to visit friends (becoming an annual trip of sorts!). We are also looking to head up north to Leeds/Yokshire area. Anyone have any advice? I wanna walk the moors and pretend to be Marianne Dashwood/Elizabeth Bennet/ Margaret Hale for a day

so far, just Boston next weekend.
want to do at least one more mini trip this summer.
then probably won't do anything until April.
we are looking also to spend at least two weeks in Europe next summer, so need to mind our travel dollars well.

awww man!!!!! that stinks.
it doesn't jive with dh's work schedule either.
tax season starts a few weeks before...and it's no vacay and mandatory Saturdays for him. 
enjoy your time there! I am dying to go!!!!!
