see, i like her cut (but, i'd probably be too nervous to do it myself),,, BUT, i'm not a fan of chunky highlites 
i stink at this game... i ask this question all the time, and then end up just getting my dead ends cut and a few more layers (and, get mad at DH for not noticing!)

then i have the same problem as you! i have the sweeping bang (which definitely needs a trim) and long hair down the middle of my back. i dont want to lose any length cause i like my hair long. i'm just gonna get my bangs trimmed and have them put in long layers. like this...
obviously melania's hair, not the donalds! lol!
