lengthening luteal phase
So I just started spotting...I'm totally OK, I'm just glad that hopefully this month I'll be back on my normal AF schedule of 28 days...and this chemical didn't screw things up for good...but my luteal phase this month and I vaugely remember when TTC for DD1 my luteal phase was on the shorter side...today is 10 or 11 DPO depending on when I O'd...Anything I can take to lengthen it...I forget if I took anything the last time around!!!

Vitamin B6 can lengthen your luteal phase, but you have to take it for the entire month.

there is also a tea i think... raspberry leaf?
B-6 might already be in your multivitamin. i checked today - it's a prenatal blend but it had something crazy like 600% of the d.v. so maybe you don't need to buy it if you are already taking a prenatal, even an OTC one.
just a thought because I was thinking the same thing.

you dont need to lengthen. anything 10 or over is fine. under 10 is too short.
