Leather Sofas
Can anyone recommend places to start shopping for leather sofas. DH and I are looking for brown leather, preferably tufted with nailhead trim.

we don't have that syle but we got ours at jennifers leather & contrary to all the horror stories we had NO problems!

We got our leather couch at Restoration Hardware and love it! Its so well made and so comfortable. We have the Morgan queen size sleeper. They have a few different styles...

Phillip Engle on Route 110 in Huntington Station across from Walt Whitman - near Domain has them. We got our leather couch and recliner there. They should be in by January.

Just an FYI on Levitz - they're in Chapter 11. We bought our sofa, loveseat & ottoman from them - and purchased the stain warranty. I strongly suggest getting it.
When my 2 year old wrote over all of them in ballpoint penn, I fought with the company (Stainsafe) - and got my full credit back for the purchase of all of them, kept the couches & bought a bedroom set for the kids. It was a difficult fight but once I mentioned the Attorney General's office and the Federal Trade Commission, they opted for $4K in credit.

We ordered ours online from furniture.com. It actually came from Levitz's. We already had the loveseat, so we just ordered the sofa. It was under $1,000 and it looks and feels great.

We don't have a nail head trim, but ours is a Natuzzi Italian leather brown couch. We got ours at Rte. 110 home furnishings. They have a big selection of leather.

I didnt get leather but I know they had them at FFO it on long beach road in oceanside. We got a great deal on a large sectional and tables. They have a lot of stuff crammed into a small store so know more or less what you are looking for before going their and they either have it or can get it for you.

We got our leather at Furniture Now on Rt. 110. It's made by Flexsteel and we have no complaints. The customer service was very good too.

We have a gorgeous set that is brown microfiber and is nailhead trimmed. Looks lke suede. Got it at Seamans which is now Levitz ;0
