Leaky Radiator?
I just noticed this evening that the radiator in our dining room is dripping. It looks like there was some previous water damage to the floor from winters past.
How do I fix this? Do I need to have someone come in to repair it?
I just want to go back to being a renter!

Re: Leaky Radiator?
Our baseboard leaked under our hardwood floors and caused so much damage we have to rip it up(it's just 5 years old). I just got my claim check from Allstate Renting is much easier I would call a plumber ASAP. Good Luck

Re: Leaky Radiator?
It's more than likely the bleeder valve. You can unscrew it and go to a plumbing supply store or HD for a new one. They cost less than 10.00 MAKE SURE THE HEAT IS OFF OR YOU WILL GET BURNED FROM THE STEAM!!!! FM me if you need more info.
